Every parent/Carer is responsible for their child whilst attending classes and whilst on the premises. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult and not left unattended any time before, during or after sessions. Irresponsible/Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and Rugby Sprogs Ltd have the right to refuse access and ask members to leave the premises. By accepting the terms and conditions you are agreeing that all the information that is provided is up to date and correct. It is the parents/guardians responsibility to ensure children's information is correct and up to date.

Rugby Sprogs Ltd cannot take any responsability for any loss damage or harm which has occurred by other participants in classes and cars and valuables are left and parked at your own risk.

Rugby Sprogs Ltd is following government guidelines around COVID-19 and are adapting our sessions when needed to ensure that everybody who is involved within Rugby Sprogs Ltd is safe. If you feel unwell, or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms do not attend any of the Rugby Sprogs Ltd classes and seek further advice. As our sessions take place in public places and due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is always a risk when attending and we can not be made liable for anybody contracting the virus.

There will be various offers and discounts available to new sign ups such as free kits or a rugby ball. Please check dates, as if promotions have ended kits will need to be paid for by parent/carers.

· Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

· Rugby Sprogs Ltd or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

· Rugby Sprogs Ltd reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

· You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at – rugbysprogs@gmail.com/07468526842.

· You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

· Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

· You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

· Please provide information surrounding additional needs and disabilities to ensure reasonable adjustments can be made to the session.

· We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 

· If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, Rugby Sprogs Ltd will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

Breakfast & After School club:

Parents are aware that children in reception cannot attend breakfast and after school club and all children attending must be in year 1 or above.

Parents have seen the risk assessments carried out in relation to the 'walking bus' facility.
